Oh my gosh! I would love to give Nina a million stars for her service and write tons of pages about how awesome she is! I cannot thank Nina and her employee Donald enough for always taking care of me for the past 3 1/2 months. About my story, I resigned from a terrible and hellish workplace that I have worked for quite a while, and my employer plus his peers are very shameless on their blatant mistreatment to me. They have no remorse nor guilt for what they did throughout my employment. I have so much anguish, trauma, and resentment towards them. Anyways, before I found Nina, I hopped from one worker’s comp attorney to another, knocking on every door desperately. Every single one said “no” to me, refused my case, and even ridiculed me for contacting them “so late”. I almost lost hope in myself until I found Nina. When I explained to her about my situation, she accepted my case without hesitation, and I was surprised that she is willing to move on with it. Nina, Donald, and her employees kept encouraging me to never give up throughout this whole process, so I did. To finish off, Nina worked hard to handle my “tricky” case and we won! I was associated with this law firm in getting my Work Comp case to take care of my work related injuries. California Workers Compensation is not structured to help the individual who has a claim for ones injuries. It's more in line to help the employers cause. Such is the case that the complainant better have a stable and justifiable injury case. It's a long drawn out process that doesn't add up to get a speedy recovery and get your case placed in your favor and get your well being back where it belongs.  All in all you need a good and caring law firm on your side. It's not easy to find the right law firm. Luckily I did my homework and was able to find the right law firm to get my case closed in my favor.
